We start every day by getting up extra early to stone mill our own whole wheat flour
from the highest quality, Montana-grown, spring wheat. We then use that flour, along
with other fresh ingredients, to make the dough that will become our bread. No
frozen dough here! Everything is made fresh from scratch every day. And no
preservatives, either. In fact, our Honey Whole Wheat bread is made using only five
simple ingredients: whole wheat flour, honey, filtered water, yeast, and salt.
