We were first introduced to Great Harvest in 1988 when we happened upon the Louisville, KY bakery and we have been in love with Great Harvest whole grain breads since that day. In the fall of 2007 we had the opportunity to become owners of our very own Great Harvest in Greenville, and it has been a dream come true.
Every morning we handcraft our breads using only pure and simple ingredients. We fresh-grind premium wheat in the bakery daily and blend it with ingredients from nature...like yeast, salt and honey. We never use chemicals or additives. Something as simple as changing the type bread you eat every day can have a lasting, positive benefit to your health. In fact the whole grain kernels we grind daily and the pure and simple ingredients we use help reduce hunger, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some forms of cancer. Most important, it tastes amazing. We want to change your loaf forever. Just dough it!
